The role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a vital position for someone who wants to take ownership of our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement. You will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, utilizing your expertise to shape how we communicate our vision to the world.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy based on competitive research, audience identification, and clear benchmarking.
- Produce high-quality, brand-focused content in both long-form and short-form formats to foster community growth and drive action.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to continuously refine our approach and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of creative and analytical skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and managing social media presence across various platforms.
- Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe and Canva to produce visually compelling multimedia content.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A solid understanding of influencer partnerships and the ability to stay ahead of evolving content trends.
