What you'll be doing
- You will manage our cross-channel presence by planning and executing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- You will engage directly with our audience through active community management and respond to interactions on our various channels.
- You will track our performance through monitoring and reporting, while identifying emerging social media trends to present to our management team.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. You should have a natural affinity for social media platforms and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging way. You must be comfortable working independently to manage projects from start to finish while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential, as is a disciplined approach to following established processes. While previous experience in consulting or the vacation rental industry is a plus, it is not required.
