Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you'll craft and execute strategies that resonate with our dynamic audiences. Your creative content will bridge our brand with fans and partners, fostering engagement and driving our expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate compelling content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Research and analyze audience preferences and stay ahead of trends in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
- Design social media strategies that align with business objectives, track performance, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage daily content that engages audiences, reflects our brand ethos, and achieves strategic goals.
- Monitor and optimize web traffic metrics.

- Represent GigFinesse positively in all public interactions, reflecting our values and mission in the digital sphere.
Qualifications
- Located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a social media management role.
- Firm grasp of content management systems, SEO, and online marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with a robust work ethic and impeccable attention to detail.
- Charismatic, outgoing personality; enjoys networking and building new partnerships.
- A flexible schedule that allows for attendance at shows and events as needed.
- A background in the music, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.
