We are looking for a creative, high-energy storyteller to join our team as a Social Media Manager and help us take our brand to the next level.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site. We need someone who is ready to be in the thick of the action, as this role requires you to be based in Austin, Texas. You will be the voice of our brand, connecting with fans and industry partners while driving our growth through strategic digital engagement.
Your impact
- You will lead the charge by developing and curating high-impact content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- You will design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals, using data to track performance and maximize our reach.
- You will serve as a key collaborator, working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and powerful across every channel.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who brings a mix of technical expertise and a natural flair for networking. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand.
- A solid understanding of SEO, online marketing techniques, and content management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and a charismatic, outgoing personality.
- A self-motivated mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Fluency in English.
- A flexible schedule that allows you to attend live shows and industry events.
- A background in the music, entertainment, or hospitality sectors is a major plus.
