Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping how our community interacts with our premium brand.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring every post aligns with our premium brand voice.
- Manage the end-to-end social media calendar, from planning and scheduling content to actively engaging with our community in both public and private channels.
- Analyze performance data and social trends to refine our approach, drive follower growth, and maximize engagement through comments, shares, and saves.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to five years of professional experience in social media management.
- A creative eye for content, including the ability to capture and edit high-quality mobile photography and video.
- Proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics and social management platforms such as Dash Hudson.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, organized mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
