Role at a glance

We are looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping how our community interacts with our premium brand.

Your impact

Take full ownership of our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring every post aligns with our premium brand voice.
Manage the end-to-end social media calendar, from planning and scheduling content to actively engaging with our community in both public and private channels.
Analyze performance data and social trends to refine our approach, drive follower growth, and maximize engagement through comments, shares, and saves.

What you'll need

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Three to five years of professional experience in social media management.
A creative eye for content, including the ability to capture and edit high-quality mobile photography and video.
Proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics and social management platforms such as Dash Hudson.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, organized mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
