About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing social media campaigns that resonate with our professional and institutional audience. You will act as the voice of our brand, fostering trust and engagement while highlighting the resilience and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that drive community engagement, increase brand awareness, and support user acquisition goals.
• Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality social content while managing distribution schedules that align with our broader marketing efforts.
• Define key performance indicators to track success and provide regular reports to the marketing team on campaign efficiency and growth opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management or strategy within the technology, finance, or media sectors.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product managers, and copywriters.
• Experience using data to inform strategy and the ability to create visual assets such as videos, gifs, and graphics.
• A diplomatic approach to community management, with the skill to handle negative sentiment and build positive relationships.
