About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. We need a self-starter who understands digital trends and has a passion for storytelling to help shape our social presence through creative campaigns and authentic community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and ensures consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Lead our influencer marketing efforts by identifying, building, and managing relationships with brand ambassadors and content creators to extend our reach.
- Create and curate engaging, original content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter while collaborating with our creative partners.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a startup or a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement on major platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, including identifying and managing partnerships with various types of content creators.
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design, along with proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere, provided you are located in an eligible U.S. state.
