We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. At ACT, we focus on building a strong digital presence, and this role is central to how we share our story with the world. You will be responsible for shaping our voice across various platforms, ensuring that our brand remains engaging, relevant, and impactful. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with our broader marketing goals to boost our follower count and overall engagement.
- Produce and oversee high-quality content, including written posts and visual assets, while managing the daily scheduling and monitoring of our social channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and social listening data to provide actionable insights and regular reports to our internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally within an international organization based in the Netherlands.
- Demonstrate exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of major platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Show a strong aptitude for visual design, including the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers and articulate strategic creative choices.
- Exhibit a flexible mindset and the ability to stay current with news and trends to keep our content timely and relevant.
- Proficiency in using social media listening and analytical tools to research audience behavior and measure success.
