We are Coinshift, a platform transforming how users engage with decentralized finance and real-world assets. With over 300 organizations trusting us to manage more than $1 billion in assets and support from investors like Sequoia and Tiger Global, we are now preparing to launch Coinshift Personal. We are looking for a Social Media Lead based in the EMEA time zone to help us grow our brand presence on Twitter and LinkedIn. You will play a vital role in shaping our voice as we introduce our new smart wallet to the world.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow our Twitter and LinkedIn presence, focusing on high-value content that resonates with the DeFi community.
Lead end-to-end launch campaigns with strategic partners, ensuring transparency and clear communication through detailed project management.
Manage influencer relationships and coordinate with agencies to produce engaging formats like threads, Twitter Spaces, and infographics.
Establish our brand as a thought leader in the real-world asset space through community-led initiatives and loyalty-building campaigns.
Collaborate directly with our leadership team to ensure our social media output aligns with our core values and growth objectives.

Must-haves

Deep DeFi expertise with a comprehensive understanding of protocols, market trends, and key industry players.
A strong, active personal presence on Twitter with an established following.
Proven experience in scaling social media for DeFi projects, specifically in boosting engagement and community growth.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns while maintaining a data-driven approach.
A proactive mindset and the ability to take full ownership of our social media strategy.
Fluency in English.
