What you bring

We are seeking a Social Media Content Strategy Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. You will be responsible for elevating our brand presence across all social platforms by managing both the creative vision and the analytical side of our content. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive, channel-specific organic content strategy that prioritizes brand growth, audience engagement, and product sales.
• Leading the end-to-end content production process, including hands-on shooting and editing, while coordinating with internal teams, external creators, and influencers.
• Analyzing performance data and key metrics to refine our approach, ensuring every piece of content is optimized for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media from initial planning to final analysis. You should possess a deep understanding of viral mechanics and have a proven ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with audiences. We value candidates who are highly organized, communicate effectively, and can manage multiple stakeholders and vendors with ease. Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. You must be located in the Los Angeles area to support our hybrid work model, and you should be comfortable leading meetings and managing complex content calendars.
