What you'll be doing

• You will own the development and execution of our social media strategy, which includes managing our content calendar, creating engaging posts for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, and leading brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaigns.
• You will drive our organic growth by monitoring industry trends, testing new engagement tactics, and collaborating with our design and video teams to produce high-quality visual storytelling.
• You will lead our SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, writing optimized blog content, and using analytical tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and PostHog to track performance and refine our approach.

What you'll bring

• You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in content strategy and social media, ideally within a B2B SaaS or PropTech environment.
• You possess excellent copywriting skills and a proven ability to grow and engage online audiences through organic content.
• You are proficient with essential tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, PostHog, and Webflow.
• You have an analytical mindset that allows you to turn data into actionable insights, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• You are a fluent English speaker who is detail-oriented and eager to learn directly from our co-founders.
