What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Social Media Content Planner to join our team on a Full Time basis in Malaysia. This role is essential for supporting our Singapore market by managing Ad Sales projects and ensuring our content remains engaging and effective. You will work closely with our content strategist to bring our brand voice to life through the following core responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive media plans that align with the goals of both ShopBack and our brand partners across various social platforms.
• Oversee the lifecycle of Ad Sales projects, from drafting initial timelines to coordinating all phases of execution.
• Create and refine static content while ensuring every post adheres to our brand guidelines and project objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a highly organized professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing. We are looking for someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You should have a proven track record in social media management, ideally with experience in Ad Sales. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required for content adjustments, and familiarity with social media analytics tools is essential for tracking our project performance. We value candidates who possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Experience with digital advertising and editing tools such as CapCut will be considered a significant advantage.
