What is this role?
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who loves storytelling and has a proven track record of building engaged online communities. What will you do?
- Take ownership of our social media presence by managing our accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, while actively engaging with our community to foster a positive brand identity.
- Design and execute a monthly content calendar that supports our broader marketing objectives, which includes creating original graphics, videos, and written copy tailored to each specific channel.
- Evaluate our performance by tracking key metrics across both organic and paid campaigns, using those insights to refine our strategy and improve our overall reach.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
- A creative mindset, ideally paired with basic skills in graphic design or video editing.
- Previous experience working within the tech, finance, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
