The role
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will serve as the primary face and voice of our brand, crafting content that educates and entertains our global community of creators and marketers. We need someone who is comfortable on camera and possesses the strategic mindset to turn ideas into high-performing social media assets.
Core responsibilities
- Produce engaging short-form videos tailored for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Act as the recurring on-screen personality for our brand channels while managing the full production lifecycle, including scripting, filming, and editing.
- Collaborate with our Head of Social and cross-functional teams to align our content strategy with product marketing goals and current platform trends.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in social media and content creation. We value the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in producing high-quality video content for social platforms.
- Confidence and charisma when speaking on camera.
- A deep understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and the hooks that drive audience engagement.
- The ability to work quickly without sacrificing creative quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A curious and collaborative mindset, with bonus points for experience in the B2B or SaaS marketing space.
