Since 2006, we have helped hundreds of thousands of individuals through free programs like CrossFit, yoga, and art socials. We are looking for a creative partner who is ready to help us rewrite the narrative surrounding addiction and inspire meaningful change.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Content Creator to join us on a contractor basis in Boston, MA. You will use your expertise in marketing, video editing, and graphic design to craft content that sparks conversation and builds our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering high-quality short-form videos, motion graphics, and static visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborating with our internal subject matter experts to translate complex themes into authentic, credible, and engaging stories.
- Analyzing content performance on a weekly basis to refine our strategy and ensure we are reaching our audience effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of social media algorithms and a proven track record in content marketing. We require excellent communication skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. We value candidates who possess a genuine passion for recovery and mental health advocacy. While not mandatory, we highly encourage applications from individuals with lived experience in recovery or those who have a strong commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression principles.
What we offer
This is a flexible contract position requiring 10 to 20 hours of work per week. The initial term is set for three months, with the potential for an extension depending on our needs. We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment where your creative voice can directly contribute to our mission of helping people rise and recover.
How to Apply
If you are ready to use your storytelling skills to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to our team to share your portfolio and express your interest in joining our mission. We look forward to reviewing your work and discussing how we can work together to support our community.
