Open Farm is a rapidly expanding CPG company founded in 2014 that is revolutionizing pet nutrition through ethically sourced, premium ingredients. With over 6,000 retail partners and a mission to do good for animals and the planet, we are looking for a creative and social-savvy Social Media Community Manager to join our digital marketing team in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary voice of our brand, ensuring our unique personality shines through in every interaction across all social platforms.
Develop and execute engagement strategies that align with our brand goals and mission.
Manage community interactions by responding promptly to customer inquiries and comments while actively engaging with influencer content.
Identify opportunities to insert our brand into cultural conversations and viral trends to expand our reach.
Collaborate with our creative, sales, and digital teams to produce high-quality, community-focused content.
Track and report on key performance indicators, using data to identify trends and refine our overall content strategy.
Conduct quarterly competitive assessments and sentiment analysis to provide actionable insights for our customer experience and growth teams.

Must-haves

A degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of professional experience in social media management, customer care, or digital marketing.
Proven success in building and managing engaged online communities.
Expertise in managing major social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Proficiency with social media analytics and management tools such as Dash Hudson.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a self-starting, optimistic attitude.
