About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Community Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who is passionate about building brands and fostering meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that amplify our voice and grow our presence across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns and content, including graphics and discussion threads, that resonate with our audience across platforms like X, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Manage our affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives by identifying and cultivating partnerships that align with our core values and introduce our brand to new, relevant audiences.
• Cultivate a vibrant online environment by proactively engaging with followers, responding to feedback, and representing our brand authentically to build long-term loyalty and advocacy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media or community management, ideally within the crypto sector.
• A deep understanding of major social media platforms and the ability to craft effective content strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex research topics to a crypto-native audience.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and refine future strategies.
• A strong personal network within the crypto space and a genuine passion for building active, supportive communities.

Compensation and Benefits
