We are Once Upon a Farm, a mission-driven company dedicated to providing nutritious, organic snacks and meals for children. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media and Community Associate to join our fully remote team and help us grow our community of parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of our brand by managing day-to-day interactions, responding to comments and direct messages, and monitoring consumer sentiment.
- Oversee our private Facebook group, including moderation, engagement, and strategic planning.
- Write engaging captions and copy for social media graphics.
- Collaborate with our content manager, designers, and sustainability team to align on quarterly priorities and social media strategies.
- Create and curate photo and video content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop content strategies for underutilized channels such as Threads and Pinterest.
- Schedule posts and use analytics to compile reports that optimize our future initiatives.
- Stay current on social media trends, memes, and industry updates to keep our brand relevant.
Must-haves
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally with in-house brand experience in the CPG industry.
- Strong communication and writing skills with a passion for pop culture.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics software.
- Ability to film and edit lo-fi video content using tools like TikTok or CapCut.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Slack.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends for community management tasks.
- Must reside in the United States.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Comfort and experience being on camera.
Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $77,000.00. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
