The role
We are seeking a Social Impact Senior Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our headquarters in North Sydney. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate social responsibility strategy, working alongside leadership teams across the region to drive meaningful change in the communities where we operate.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of our regional social impact programs, including budget administration, performance tracking, and execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with non-profits, community organizations, and external stakeholders such as government bodies and financial institutions.
- Drive internal employee engagement and volunteerism initiatives while ensuring full governance, compliance, and transparent reporting for our board and lenders.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility.
- At least 6 years of professional experience leading social impact or CSR programs within the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
- A deep understanding of social and environmental trends, particularly those relevant to the technology and data centre sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and use data to inform decision-making.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
