We are currently looking for a Senior Social Content Manager to join our North America marketing team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Connecticut or New York.
Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation of our social content strategy to ensure we meet our broader marketing and business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of two, providing guidance to help them grow while managing our various social channels.
- Analyze audience engagement and social trends to generate fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our community.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience managing social media for a major brand or high-profile creator account.
- A demonstrated history of producing creative, effective content that sparks conversation and engagement.
- Expertise in using in-app creator tools and video production software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proven success in team management with a focus on coaching and professional development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt our unique brand voice across multiple platforms.
What we offer
