We are Topicals, a brand dedicated to transforming how people feel about their skin, and we are looking for a creative Social Channel Manager to lead our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. If you are a proactive self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced beauty industry and feels comfortable in front of the camera, we would love to have you join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Manage our daily social media operations, ensuring every post aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Collaborate with our Social Strategist to build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
- Produce and curate high-quality content, including occasional on-camera appearances.
- Run paid and gifted social campaigns while monitoring budgets and performance metrics to maximize results.
- Write detailed creative briefs and oversee the full production cycle for our internal and external teams.
- Coordinate and participate in content shoots to capture fresh, engaging assets.
- Partner with our Community team to foster meaningful interactions and manage our influencer and ambassador outreach.
- Monitor cultural shifts and internet trends to identify new opportunities for our brand to shine.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience managing social channels, ideally within the lifestyle or beauty sectors.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation.
- A high level of comfort appearing on camera as needed.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of social media best practices and platform-specific engagement strategies.
- Experience using analytics tools to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage influencer partnerships and coordinate with content creators.
- Fluency in English.
