What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute social media strategies for our company profiles as well as the personal profiles of our top executives.
- You will produce high-quality, engaging multimedia content that captures our brand voice and drives meaningful lead generation.
- You will track industry trends and competitor activity, providing detailed performance reports to help us refine our tactics and stay ahead.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven background in social media management, ideally within the software or IT sector. You are a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for crafting compelling narratives. Your technical and soft skills should include:
- Strong proficiency in copywriting and storytelling across text, image, and video formats.
- Expertise in building and promoting brands specifically on LinkedIn.
- Fluency in English, with German proficiency at a B2 level or higher considered a significant advantage.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across different internal teams.
