At Anno.Ai, we are building the future of artificial intelligence by turning massive amounts of data into actionable insights for critical sectors like national security, retail, and supply chain management. Founded in 2019, we create AI-first applications that make advanced machine learning feel like science fiction made real. Our team is a diverse group of researchers, military veterans, intelligence officers, and engineers working from various locations to solve complex problems. We are currently looking for U.S. Active Duty Military personnel to join us through the SkillBridge program for a remote internship or fellowship.
What you'll be doing
- You will be embedded directly into our functional and cross-functional teams to support our core business operations.
- You will work alongside industry experts to gain hands-on experience in computer vision, edge computing, and machine learning for retail analytics.
- You will collaborate on an individualized development plan designed to help you bridge the gap between your military service and a successful career in technology.
What you'll bring
We are looking for candidates who have a background in computer science, software development, data science, or electrical and computer engineering. You should be comfortable with the following:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Spring and React.
- A working knowledge of DevSecOps processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with the desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A humble, self-starting attitude and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English.
