About the Role

Coyuchi is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Site Merchandiser that is passionate about the environment, creative, organized and can use data to develop a strategic plan for our site. You will be responsible for delivering engaging experiences on coyuchi.com through merchandising, content, and optimized landing pages. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid of getting involved at every level and is excited to work for a brand with deep roots and a rich story to tell.

What You’ll Do

• Setup new products/edit existing products and own website production to ensure that content updates are accurate and timely. Setup all new collections, promotions, and related content. Create special shops and categories as well as merchandise, as needed
• Perform general site merchandising, content and promotion maintenance on a daily/weekly basis
• Take an active part in helping create the content calendar and collaborating across teams to align marketing messages around new product launches, campaigns and how they show up online
• Work collaboratively with team to drive SEO across the site
• Participating in A/B testing idea generation and execution. Leaverage data and customer behavior to optimize experiences for all incoming traffic channels
• Measure and report out on the performance of the content you create using Google Analytics 4, heat mapping, and sales data
• Build and QA all product and content initiatives for the site

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years experience in site merchandising and site content creation
• 2-3 years’ experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus and content creation platfomrs such as Maker
• Proficient analytical skills with ability to think strategically and critically. Experience with Dynamic Yield or similar software a plus
• Strong project management skills along with experience with tools such as Asana
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, organized, and  ability to clearly articulate content campaigns
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
