About the Role
We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Associate to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to the Director of E-commerce and Omni-Channel Marketing to help drive brand growth across retail accounts. You will be responsible for supporting shopper marketing planning and managing the day-to-day execution of programs that increase our visibility and sales, both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on annual shopper marketing strategy, including budget allocation, media planning by retailer, and analyzing past program results to inform future activations.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of digital and in-store shopper marketing programs, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and align with our brand guidelines.
- Oversee the digital shelf across retail websites and our direct-to-consumer channel, including the creation and optimization of product detail page content.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, agricultural business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, shopper marketing, or e-commerce, ideally within the CPG or startup food industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A deep understanding of digital metrics, paid search, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You must reside in the United States, as this is a remote position that requires occasional travel for company or department meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
