What is this role?
We are hiring a Shopify Brand Management Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to grow their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be working with a team that values proactive communication and creative problem-solving.
What will you do?
- Oversee and refine our Shopify listings to ensure that our product catalog remains accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with our operations department to assist with fulfillment tasks and ensure our product launches go off without a hitch.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation while supporting promotional activities through tools like Shopify Scripts and launchpad.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a horizontal team structure where initiative is encouraged. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel, specifically with Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify, including mass SKU imports and catalog maintenance.
- A proven ability to write and improve standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with tools such as Looker, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is considered a plus.
- A proactive mindset and the desire to suggest new efficiencies for our brand management processes.
