The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated SEO Working Student to join us on a part-time basis for 10 hours per week. This role is perfect for a student who wants to dive deep into the world of search engine optimization and digital marketing. You will work remotely and play a vital role in supporting our SEO strategy, helping us improve our visibility and connect with more students. This is a unique chance to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting and grow alongside a team that values your initiative and fresh perspective.
A day in the life
- You will assist with our daily SEO operations, which includes conducting keyword research, drafting content, and performing SEO audits to keep our site performing at its best.
- You will work directly within our CMS, specifically Typo3, where you will manage location data, perform on-page analyses, and keep our web content up to date.
- You will help drive our local SEO efforts by actively managing and responding to reviews, ensuring our community feels heard and supported.
Who you are
You are currently pursuing a degree in a field like marketing, communications, media studies, PR, or business administration. You have a sharp, analytical mind and take pride in working in a structured and conscientious way. We value your ability to take ownership of your tasks and work independently. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Ideally, some prior experience or foundational knowledge in SEO and CMS platforms.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and contribute to our mission.
