We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our rapidly growing team and help us reach even more people.

Key outcomes

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to uncover opportunities and resolve performance issues.
• Execute keyword research to identify high-value targets that inform our content planning.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure to enhance search engine visibility.
• Implement technical SEO improvements to boost site crawlability and overall performance.
• Design and carry out a link-building strategy to secure high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Semrush, and Search Console.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including the maintenance of Google My Business listings.
• Analyze competitor strategies to identify key strengths and potential areas for growth.
• Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy that aligns with our broader business objectives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for the team.

Requirements

• A relevant degree and at least 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Fluency in English, as well as either Dutch or German.
• Deep expertise in SEO principles and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with modern web technologies and personalization tactics.
• A strong interest in AI and emerging technological developments.
• The ability to take ownership of projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for mental well-being and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior professional experience within the health tech or well-being industries.
• Proven experience in landing page optimization.
