The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a key driver of our organic growth, taking full ownership of our search engine optimization strategies. You will work within a unique, data-rich environment that offers direct insights into partner performance, allowing you to test, learn, and optimize with speed. A day in the life

• You will plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including deep-dive keyword research and competitive analysis, to boost our organic reach.
• You will manage technical SEO initiatives, such as improving core web vitals, resolving crawling issues, and optimizing URL structures.
• You will collaborate with our broader marketing team to refine on-page content and track performance using tools like Google Analytics and various SEO suites to ensure our data-driven goals are met.

Who you are

You are a seasoned expert with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers. You possess the following skills and experience:

• Several years of professional experience in both strategic and operational SEO.
• Deep technical knowledge regarding on-page optimization, site speed, and indexation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Sistrix, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Extensive experience managing Google Ads, including bidding strategies, tracking, and landing page optimization.
• A self-reliant, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Fluency in English.
