We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity, helping us optimize our digital marketing strategies and drive eCommerce success through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Examine web traffic, user engagement, and eCommerce performance metrics using Google Analytics.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
Oversee the implementation and accuracy of tracking tools, specifically Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Manage media attribution models to assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels and refine media spend.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve website performance and marketing return on investment.
Partner with our product and academic research teams to better understand customer profiles and enhance user journeys.

Must-haves

Strong professional experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis.
Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Proven ability to manage and optimize media attribution models.
Residency in the United States, specifically within the East or Central time zones.
Fluency in English.
