What you bring

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will take on a full-time, on-site role based in India. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives that bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. Your work will involve deep collaboration with stakeholders to ensure our visual systems are both beautiful and functional across mobile, handheld, and web platforms. You must be prepared to travel and anchor client engagements for extended periods, ranging from six months to over a year.

• Diagnose complex business pain points and user requirements by working directly with clients and our internal strategy team.
• Develop and innovate visual design strategies that stay ahead of market trends while maintaining high standards for quality, scalability, and consistency.
• Create comprehensive style guides, design standards, and specification documents to ensure our visual systems are effectively delivered and implemented.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with at least five years of solid industry experience who can think critically about design challenges. You should be a master of visual design principles, with a strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies. Success in this role requires you to be a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders through evidence-based presentations. You must be highly organized, capable of managing your own time effectively, and comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including product managers, researchers, and engineers. Fluency in English is required to ensure you can effectively negotiate and build strong client relationships.
