What you bring
As our Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of our executive leadership team. You will be responsible for driving our revenue, brand presence, and overall market strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration across our organization. This is a full-time, remote executive role based anywhere in the United States, though some travel will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals to drive growth in brand awareness and demand generation.
- Leading our branding, messaging, and positioning efforts to ensure consistency and a competitive edge in the market.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team while overseeing operational excellence across our systems and workflows.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing executive who has a proven track record of scaling businesses at the growth stage. You should possess extensive experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, and product marketing. Mastery of essential tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics is required, alongside a deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, NRR, and pipeline conversion. You must be a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and the ability to inspire and develop leaders. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is expected, while an MBA is highly preferred. We value candidates who are collaborative, authentic, and eager to solve complex business challenges.
What we offer
We provide a base salary range of 250,000 USD to 275,000 USD, plus variable compensation and generous equity. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
