About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Vice President, Marketing to serve in a full-time, executive capacity. This role is based on-site and requires a leader capable of overseeing our marketing strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for guiding a talented team to achieve extraordinary results while ensuring our marketing programs remain innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive, omnichannel marketing strategies that align with our long-term organizational goals.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to execute high-impact marketing programs, including public relations and product management initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis and marketing analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 10 and 15 years of experience in senior marketing leadership positions.
- A proven track record in transformative brand development and the execution of complex marketing programs.
- Strong competencies in strategic planning, agency relations, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as experience with CRM platforms and marketing software like HubSpot or Campaign Monitor.
