We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Foundation Partners Group is a leader in the death care services industry, dedicated to reinventing the funeral experience through innovation, compassion, and a deep commitment to the families we serve. Since our acquisition by Access Holdings in 2015, we have scaled our platform to nearly 250 locations across more than 20 states. We are seeking an executive leader to drive our growth strategy, enhance our brand presence, and ensure we continue to provide meaningful support to the communities that rely on us.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and foster deep engagement with families across our diverse service locations.
- Oversee our top-of-funnel initiatives by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize demand generation, refine customer journey mapping, and implement performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional leadership to ensure our messaging remains consistent and aligned with our core business objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, ideally within a service-oriented industry.
- A proven history of successfully executing digital performance or growth marketing strategies that translate into significant revenue impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, sensitive environments with creativity and strategic foresight.
