Senior UX/UI Designer at Revive

As a fast-growing, VC-backed proptech company, we aim to eliminate the stress of remodeling for homeowners, real estate agents, and contractors alike. Our efforts have earned us recognition, including the Real Estate Innovation Award at the National Association of Realtors iOi Summit, and our mobile app has been celebrated at the Ad Federation Awards. Based in Irvine, California, we currently support projects across 11 states, with ambitious goals to expand nationwide in the coming years. We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on-site and help us continue building tools that provide transparency and peace of mind to our users.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the redesign of our Vision AI mobile app, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of home valuation technology.
• You will develop and maintain a robust design system of components and styles to ensure consistency across all of our web and mobile platforms.
• You will conduct user research and usability testing, using the feedback you gather to iterate on designs and create more intuitive experiences for our agents and contractors.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of professional design experience and a portfolio that highlights your work on both web and mobile projects. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Figma and has experience working with Webflow. You should be comfortable leading design initiatives, managing external or overseas resources, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like engineering and marketing. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles is essential, as is the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions. While not required, experience in the proptech or real estate sector is a significant plus, as is a basic knowledge of front-end development technologies.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from 90,000 USD to 150,000 USD, which includes both base salary and bonus potential. Additionally, you will receive:
