What you'll be doing

• You will define the user experience by creating personas, journey maps, and user flows that ensure our products truly resonate with the people who use them.
• You will translate concepts into reality by developing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
• You will maintain design excellence by building and managing pattern libraries and UI kits, ensuring that our visual language remains consistent across every platform.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in design and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creative range.
• Strong technical proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Specific experience designing for Power BI.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• An advanced command of the English language to communicate effectively with our global team.
