Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Sweden, where you will help elevate our digital product offerings. You should be fluent in English and ready to work alongside a team that values humility, creativity, and ambitious thinking.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end user experience for our autonomous products, guiding them from initial concept through to final launch.
- Collaborate with our Human Factors and HMI team to craft safe, intuitive, and efficient interfaces for remote and autonomous operations.
- Translate complex, conceptual ideas into simple and valuable user-centric products that prioritize human needs and cognition.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in UX and HMI design, specifically within safety-critical sectors like automotive, aviation, or process control.
- A proven ability to reduce human error and improve performance through thoughtful system interactions.
- Strong skills in interaction design and systems design, allowing you to bring structure to complex workflows.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments alongside product, tech, and research teams.
- Excellent storytelling abilities to effectively communicate your design vision to stakeholders and product teams.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on using user research and business goals to drive decision-making.
