The role

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. As a senior member of our design team, you will have an outsized impact on making our platform intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for a broad range of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our product evolution, leading high-impact design initiatives that guide our direction and delight our community.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and advocates to translate user needs into actionable solutions while confidently presenting your designs to stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end design process for new features, ranging from early exploration to final execution, while providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of shared design standards.
• Conduct direct user research through interviews, usability testing, and surveys to ensure our platform remains intuitive, inclusive, and responsive to the goals of our users.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of technical constraints for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience with developer-centric products, data science, visualization, or machine learning technologies is a plus.
