What you bring
We are looking for a Senior or Middle level User Researcher to join our UX research team on a full time basis. Based in our Puzzle Studio in Helsinki, Finland, you will work in a hybrid environment to guide our strategy through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Collaborating with our User Acquisition and Creative teams to conduct research that informs our marketing direction.
- Analyzing competitive trends to develop creative strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Identifying the psychological and cognitive levers that drive the effectiveness of our mobile marketing campaigns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of professional research experience or a completed PhD from academia. We value candidates who have worked within creative, advertising, or gaming environments. You must possess a broad range of skills in research design and be comfortable using tools like SPSS, R, or Python. Because you will be presenting findings to stakeholders and executive leadership, excellent interpersonal communication skills in English are essential. We also look for a collaborative spirit and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business improvements. While not mandatory, a degree in cognitive science, psychology, human computer interaction, or advertising is highly regarded.
