The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Hong Kong on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our User Experience team, taking the lead on defining the UX strategy for our key accounts. You will be responsible for translating complex client needs into seamless, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. Beyond your own design work, you will mentor junior team members and partner closely with our Creative UX Director to champion the value of UX across the agency.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to concept creative solutions that address both user needs and business goals.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, to clearly communicate requirements to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and conduct user testing to validate your design assumptions and ensure our work meets the highest standards of quality.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in the UX field, and you have a proven track record of guiding projects from initial concept to final delivery. You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and are highly proficient with visualization and prototyping tools like Omnigraffle. You are a clear communicator who can easily explain complex design recommendations to clients, and you have experience overseeing and supporting junior staff. You are fluent in English and ready to bring your unique perspective to our collaborative environment.
