The opportunity

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our product development process. You will work within a product trio alongside engineering and product management to transform complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. Whether you are exploring entirely new feature concepts or refining existing interactions that thousands of users rely on daily, your goal is to iteratively improve the experience with every release. This is a full-time, remote position where you will help us maintain the high standards our diverse, international user base expects.

A day in the life

• You will conduct user research and usability testing to uncover deep insights, translating those findings into clear, actionable design concepts.
• You will design high-fidelity mockups in Figma and iterate on those ideas based on continuous feedback from engineers, product managers, and our users.
• You will help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring that our components and patterns remain consistent and scalable as we grow.

Who you are

You are a thoughtful and communicative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. You bring a pragmatic mindset to your work, always looking for ways to balance ideal user experiences with technical realities and delivery timelines. Your background includes:

• Solid experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products.
• Proven ability to lead user research and usability testing initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating and iterating on high-fidelity designs.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a robust design system.
• Fluency in English and a genuine curiosity about how people interact with software.
