What you bring

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. You will be instrumental in refining our platform, which serves over 20,000 active designers, by ensuring our interface remains intuitive as we integrate advanced features like our AI-powered tool, Studio. Your role involves a deep focus on product design, where you will bridge the gap between complex technology and user-friendly experiences using tools like Figma.

• Lead the design process from initial discovery through to final delivery for various platform features.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to validate design assumptions and inform your creative choices.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a cohesive and high-quality interaction with our brand.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in UX/UI design, specifically within the e-commerce sector. You should have at least five years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design assets across web and mobile platforms. A data-driven mindset is essential, as is the ability to communicate your ideas clearly to cross-functional teams. While not mandatory, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered a significant advantage. We value individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to solve complex design challenges in a fast-paced environment.
