Senior UI/UX Designer at Creative Fabrica

Are you eager to enhance an AI-powered platform that supports over 20,000 designers and motivates millions of users?

In this role, you'll champion the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across parts of our platform, directly influencing the product teams you collaborate with. At Creative Fabrica, we're on a quest to build the e-commerce platform of the future. Our goal? To significantly improve platform usability and elevate the user experience to new heights.

Here’s a brief overview of your responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond, with a hands-on approach.
• Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, inform design choices, validate assumptions, and capture insights.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of UX, considering the customer’s journey and interactions with the product and company over time.
• Aim for a balance between technological innovation and user-friendliness, keeping our ultimate goal in mind: serving our users effectively

In this position, you’ll contribute to creating a vibrant, accessible creative ecosystem. Our platform is expanding rapidly, not just in scale but in complexity, thanks in part to our development team. They’re constantly introducing exciting features, like our bespoke AI, CF Spark, and the new design tool, Studio. Your challenge? To harness these technological advancements while ensuring our UX/UI remains intuitive and engaging. Essentially, your mission is to make our platform more appealing and user-friendly, ideally reaching new heights of creativity.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design within an e-commerce setting.
• A solid history of creating flawless design assets.
• A strong foundation in UX design principles, with a data-driven approach to design decisions.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience designing for various platforms (Web, email, mobile, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
