The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UI UX Designer to join our team in China on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our User Experience department, taking the lead on defining the strategy and execution for our key accounts. You will ensure that every project we touch is not only engaging and accessible but also deeply aligned with the needs of our clients and their users. By mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with our Creative UX Director, you will help shape the future of our design discipline while delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

A day in the life

• You will partner with our strategy, creative, and technical teams to conceptualize solutions that solve complex problems, while facilitating workshops to gather client requirements and define user needs.
• You will translate those insights into clear documentation, including user journeys, site maps, wireframes, functional specifications, and interactive prototypes.
• You will manage the end-to-end user experience process for your accounts, which includes validating your design assumptions through user testing and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in User Experience design, and you have a proven track record of managing projects ranging from focused digital campaigns to large-scale platforms. You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and are highly proficient with visualization and prototyping tools like Omnigraffle. Because you will be a key point of contact for our clients, you have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex design recommendations with clarity and confidence. You are also a natural mentor who enjoys guiding junior team members and fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
