As the third fastest-growing technology company in Canada, we are a profitable organization dedicated to innovation through our mobile applications and powerful ad tech tools. We are currently seeking a Senior UA Manager for a 12-month contract to help drive our global expansion through strategic performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage a monthly advertising budget of over $1 million.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SDKs, DSPs, and Facebook.
- Analyze performance data and report on key metrics to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate new platforms and strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product, data, legal, and creative departments.
- Contribute innovative ideas during creative ideation sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Must-haves
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing or mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in mobile advertising technology and attribution platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor contracts.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to guide operational decisions.
- Experience working with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, and Google, such as ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, or Fyber.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset toward learning new skills and technologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming experience.
- Familiarity with push notification campaigns and email marketing.
- Experience using Photoshop.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as French.
- Experience with social media advertising on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
