Key outcomes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing account strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee projects and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including design, development, production, and paid media.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop compelling campaigns that demonstrate clear strategic value.
• Create, write, and review content while optimizing our overall social media strategy.
• Monitor social media growth and performance, providing regular status reports and campaign analytics to stakeholders.
• Manage editorial calendars and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our work remains relevant and effective.
• Foster a positive company culture and contribute to the professional development of your teammates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing or an agency setting.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Deep expertise in social media platforms, including current best practices, features, and analytical tools.
• Unmatched attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work from our Century City office in Los Angeles at least 3 days per week.
