Role at a glance

You will join us full-time as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at the executive level. The role is hybrid, based in India, and blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical work across our cybersecurity products.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor distributed teams of software developers and QA engineers, setting clear goals, running performance reviews, and building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to keep every release on track and aligned with customer needs.
• Stay close to the code-contributing to architecture decisions, debugging, and driving test-automation and DevOps practices on our AWS infrastructure.

What you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, at least ten years of software-development experience, and four-plus years leading engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments. You bring deep fluency in TypeScript, React, SQL, Elastic Search, and AWS, plus proven skill in Agile, Scrum, and project-management practices. Strong communication, strategic hiring instincts, and genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity round out the profile. All work is conducted in English.
