The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product innovation, helping us build intelligent, AI-driven features that transform CRM workflows. You will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying systems that make revenue data more actionable and accurate for our enterprise customers. By bridging the gap between complex data and user-friendly workflows, you will directly influence how our users manage their business funnels and drive team efficiency.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to architect AI-driven CRM solutions, ranging from sentiment analysis to automated lead scoring.
• You will build and maintain end-to-end agentic systems using LLMs to automate complex sales workflows, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of productivity.
• You will take ownership of the full machine learning lifecycle, from cleaning and preparing datasets to monitoring deployed models and iterating on their performance.

Who you are

You are a builder at heart who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can turn ambiguity into clear, structured solutions. You communicate well in English and bring a collaborative, low-ego approach to your work.

Your technical toolkit includes:

• Four to six years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, ideally within a SaaS or CRM environment.
• Deep proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG-based systems, and building end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
• Strong familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals, with bonus points for experience in fine-tuning, model distillation, or reinforcement learning.
