Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our founding engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Spain, with office hubs located in Madrid, Barcelona, and Villena. You will play a pivotal part in our growth, blending remote flexibility with essential in-office collaboration to drive innovation.
Your impact
- Lead Backend Development: Architect and deploy robust, high-performance services designed to handle the demands of sophisticated AI applications.
- Drive API Excellence: Build and manage seamless inter-service communications to ensure our AI products function as a cohesive, high-speed ecosystem.
- Champion Quality: Set the bar for engineering standards by implementing rigorous testing, continuous integration, and proactive system optimization.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Python.
- A proven track record in a startup environment where speed and agility are the norms.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, modern databases, and distributed data systems.
- Fluency in English, as you will be working in an international environment where clear communication is key.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
