We have secured $20 million in seed funding from top investors, including Thrive Capital and founders from companies like Plaid, Reddit, and Hippo, and we are ready to scale our impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, reliable code that performs consistently in production environments.
• Lead complex projects while making strategic decisions that balance immediate business needs with long-term technical value.
• Establish and maintain high engineering standards to ensure consistency across our processes and codebases.
• Influence our company culture and product direction from this early stage of our growth.
• Build innovative, full-stack solutions that modernize how insurance advice and distribution are delivered.
• Set a new benchmark for design and quality within an industry that is ready for significant innovation.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional experience building and shipping software to production.
• A product-focused mindset paired with deep empathy for the end user.
• Strong self-management skills, a clear sense of ownership, and excellent organizational abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• A genuine passion for solving difficult technical and product-related challenges.
• Fluency in English.

• Previous experience as a founding or early-stage engineer.
