We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Our company is a high-growth, well-funded brokerage that utilizes integrated digital tools to simplify the complex world of life insurance. Backed by top-tier investors like Thrive Capital and New York Life, we empower advisors to grow their businesses and protect what matters most. You will report directly to our Founder and CEO, working alongside a group of veteran builders to shape our marketing function and drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at acquiring new advisors across various disciplines.
- Take full ownership of our marketing KPIs and ensure our budget is allocated toward the most effective channels.
- Collaborate with leadership across Design, Growth, Product, Finance, and Business Operations to refine our messaging and value proposition for target audiences.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to areas like strategic content, account-based marketing, and field marketing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate with internal and external partners to achieve specific goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure performance while managing financial estimates.
- A strategic mindset combined with a bias toward action and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in industries such as Fintech, InsureTech, or WealthTech is highly desirable.
