What you bring

As a key member of our COMMbucha team, you will focus on developing high-impact bulk messaging features that account for a significant portion of our platform traffic. This full-time role is based in the United States, with a hybrid work model that emphasizes in-person collaboration. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Championing front-end best practices and guiding our engineering department toward scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Driving innovation through thought leadership and proactive problem-solving to optimize our product ecosystem.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in web development and a product-oriented mindset. You should possess at least five years of experience building web applications in production, with a minimum of two years specifically focused on React. We value candidates who have a solid grasp of state management, testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library, and experience working with RESTful services. While a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is preferred, we are happy to consider equivalent professional experience. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders who communicate clearly, enjoy mentoring others, and are eager to grow alongside our evolving technology stack, which includes GraphQL, Apollo Client, Material UI, NodeJS, and NestJS.
